📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another notification when it has shipped.

🌍 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days for most locations within the US & Europe.

  • International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on customs and local postal services.

🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend checking your local customs office for more details before placing an order.

📦 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

🐝 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of honey, we do not accept returns once the product is opened.

  • Unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery (customer covers return shipping).
